Former Joint Chief Controller of Explosives in Explosives in Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) having rich experience of about four decades in Safety Management in Chemical Process plants, Oil and Gas installations and safety administration across hazardous industry. His domain knowledge extends to areas of risk analysis, hazard and hazop analysis, safety audits, disaster management, accident analysis, integrity assessment and hazardous area classification. He has worked extensively in the field of solutions for storage and transportation of high pressure compressed gases like CNG, biogas and hydrogen.

Mr. P.C. Srivastava

Former Chief Controller of Explosives in Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organisation(PESO) having more than 37 years of experience in various fields related to Petroleum refining/transport/storage with specialization in Pipelines for Petroleum/Compressed Gases, ATF Hydrant Systems for Aircraft Refuelling, Type Approval of 'Electrical Equipments/Apparatus' for Hazardous Areas including Fuel/LPG/CNG Dispensers/CNG Compressors, Designing & Siting norms of Auto-LPG/ CNG Dispensing Stations, Explosives/Fireworks manufacturing procedures. He has rich experience in ensuring Regulatory Conformity through regular Audits / Inspections of all such Installations/Units to ascertain compliance to Safety requirements under applicable Rules/Standards/Codes including imparting knowledge based training to all levels of operating personnel.

Mr. S. Kamal

Former Chief Controller of Explosives in the Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), Government of India, has nearly 33 years of experience in Administration of Explosives Act 1884 & Petroleum Act 1934 and Rules framed there under. His Special interest includes inspections, Safety Audits and designing of hazardous units/ installations covered under the said Acts and Rules. He also has deep interest in designing and conducting training programs to update knowledge of safety norms and best practices for human resource working in hazardous units/ installations. He has special interest in software development and e-Governance as well.
